5. Orders
Submitting an order does not require us to fulfill an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be processed.
We may decline or cancel an order when necessary because of suspected fraud, payment authorization problems, product unavailability, incorrect order information, pricing or technical errors, or legal requirements.
If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.
6. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.
Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible. After delivery, an eligible item may be returned according to our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Shipping
Velvettrenchvibes currently ships within the United States only.
Orders are generally processed within 1β3 business days and are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
After processing, estimated transit time is 4β5 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 5β8 business days from purchase.
Orders placed after the 6:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) cut-off may begin processing on the next applicable business day.
Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. We may use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the order and delivery requirements.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping is free for eligible returns, and we do not charge a restocking fee. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after refund approval. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the funds.
