Order Cancellation Policy

At Velvettrenchvibes, we understand that plans can change. You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already entered processing or shipped.
Cancellation Window
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement.
If the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible and provide:
- Your order number
- The name used for the order
- Your cancellation request
We will review the order status and confirm whether cancellation is still available.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If an eligible cancellation is approved after payment has been completed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Velvettrenchvibes processes approved refunds within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
After delivery, eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
