Velvettrenchvibes provides free shipping throughout the United States. This policy explains our processing times, estimated delivery times, carriers, tracking, and what to do if a delivery issue occurs.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
  • Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM Mountain Time (MT).
  • Orders placed after the cut-off may begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

There is no minimum purchase requirement for standard free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, estimated transit time is 4–5 business days.

Estimated total delivery time: 5–8 business days from purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders may be shipped using:

  • UPS
  • FedEx

The carrier used may vary depending on the order and delivery destination.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before processing or shipment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or you believe your package may be lost, contact us so we can review the shipment and assist with a carrier investigation when appropriate.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the item and packaging where relevant.

Eligible returns and return shipping are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
